Due to Airtable API limitation, it's not possible to auto-detect when changes are made on Airtable records. However, the Portal is auto-refreshed every 1 min. The other way to update the data is by refreshing the page manually if you want to avoid waiting for the every-minute refresh.

Also, if you make changes through the editing feature of the portal, then it’s refreshed immediately.
