It is possible to build this workflow by using one of these options:

The <a href="https://miniextensions.com/miniextensions-form-for-airtable/" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">form</a> has an option that allows you to add a <a href="https://docs.miniextensions.com/en/articles/5905695-how-does-the-login-feature-work-for-the-form">login page</a> to your form. When enabled, it'd allow users to create new profiles to sign up if they don't exist already.

The <a href="https://miniextensions.com/airtable-search-page/" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">portal</a> also allows users to see their existing records and add new ones.
