Rollup fields can be selected in conditions under the Conditional Fields section.

The rollup fields are not supported and greyed out in the selector, but you can use a formula field as a workaround. Add a new formula that mirrors the rollup field and use it instead. Both fields will look the same, but the way Airtable API interprets their data would be different.
