Why is my automation stopping unexpectedly?

It stops completely when it hits an error instead of skipping that record and moving on with the remaining records.

In case of encountering an incorrect or unexpected input value, automations should proceed to the next record instead of stopping. If an automation is not functioning properly, please reach out to our Customer Support Team for assistance.

We have included an optional field that will identify the specific record that does not meet the necessary requirements and triggers an error in the automation. The designated field in Airtable will save the error message, making it easier for you to locate and resolve the issue with the record. You can find this setting under the Advanced options:
