In-line editing is turned off. This setting can be found in the User Actions section of your table's settings.

Editing is disabled for the view. You can enable this under Expand Records in the view's settings (via the table settings' View section).

The field is read-only. There are fields that are always read-only but there are those that you can set yourself. You can adjust this by changing the table's child form field settings.
