In our portal, you have the option to choose from various view types including Grid, List, Gallery, Kanban, Chart, Calendar, or Map. This allows you to customize how the records are displayed in the portal. For additional information, please refer to our article here: How to select the layout of the record in the portal
The view type chosen in the Default View Settings is applied to all views in the portal by default. However, we do offer an option to customize the view type for each view and choose which fields to display on each. To set this up, simply navigate to your table's settings, and select the appropriate view from the Views section. You can then scroll down to locate the Set different layout for this view toggle.
After you activate this toggle, most of the fields in the Default View Settings section will become available in the view's settings, giving you the ability to personalize the view type to your preferences, and even select the set of fields you want to show in the record's preview.
