In our portal, you have the option to choose from various view types including Grid, List, Gallery, Calendar, or Map. This allows you to customize how the records are displayed in the portal. Views inherit the table’s default view settings unless you override them. With multiple views configured, open the view’s View Type section and set View Behavior to Set custom view settings. For the step-by-step field setup, see How to show different fields for each view.
You can then choose the view type and its available layout options independently of the defaults.
