Attachments are passed to OpenAI in two different ways. Please refer to the provided links for the currently supported file types:
Images: We pass images to OpenAI as attachments. Supported file types include png, jpeg, gif and webp. You can find further information in the OpenAI documentation.
File Search: We pass File Search supported file types to the assistant. Supported file types include PDF, doc, docx, txt and others.
