The Assistants API has been deprecated by OpenAI and will stop functioning on August 26, 2026. A replacement automation based on the Responses API will be provided ahead of time to allow for a seamless migration.
Setup an Assistant on OpenAI's website
Copy the ID of the Assistant and use it in the automation
Please ensure that the Assistant and the API key you use in your miniExtensions workspace are both in the same organization and project on OpenAI's platform. Otherwise, you will see a "No Assistant found with ID.." error.
