You can view the total number of form submissions and records processed by bulk automations in the Stats section of your workspace settings. Within each base in the miniExtensions dashboard, you can also see detailed activity for each extension or automation.
💡 Note: The number shown next to your extensions or automations may take between seconds and a couple of minutes to update.
Form Submissions
The Form Submissions counter increases whenever a record is submitted through one of your forms, including edits to existing records.
Bulk Record Updates
The Bulk Record Updates counter displays the number of records updated by any bulk automation within the selected month.
For example, automations like Convert URLs to Attachments on Airtable, Link to Next and Previous Records for All Airtable Records, or ChatGPT’s Model on Airtable will show the total number of records processed that month.
