The location of the "Create New" Portal button can be changed from the extension settings. To modify it, follow the steps below:
Go to the extension settings.
Select the table.
Go to the Create & Expand Records section. Allow users to create new records must be enabled.
Scroll down to find the Create records button mode. Select between Floating and Toolbar.
The floating setting will display the button at the bottom of the view.
The toolbar setting will display the button at the top bar with the other buttons.
