To redirect the user back to an empty form, go to the "Submission Actions" section. Select “Success Message” for “Action After Save”, and then enable “Redirect to New Form in 5 Seconds”.

You can also choose to turn on "Allow users to submit another form" to show a button that the users can click if they want a new clean form.

Login must be disabled to use this functionality.
