To redirect the user back to an empty form:
Select the gear icon in the form builder toolbar to open form settings.
Expand Submission Actions.
Under After Form Submission, select Reload the form.
Set Reload Delay to the number of seconds to wait. The default is 5 seconds.
Alternatively, you can also select Stay on the same page under After Form Submission and then turn on Allow users to submit another form to show a button that the users can click if they want a new clean form.
Tip: the labels of the buttons to submit another record are fully customizable
Reload the form is also available for forms with a Login/Lookup page. For those forms, Session Expiration determines whether the reload logs the user out or keeps the current record open.
