I want to hide some records from being searched, how?

You would simply need to filter the view by selecting an Airtable view which has your preferred filters applied. Any record that’s not included in the view won’t show up in the results. You can define the Airtable view to use in your table's view section, by first selecting the view you'd like to filter.
