How to group the records in the portal?

To activate this feature, you will need to configure the sorting in the portal view. This functionality relies on the specified sorting order. To enable it, please follow these steps:

  1. Portal Tables

  2. Click on one of the portal tables

  3. Views section

  4. Find the Sort for Custom View and add sorting condition

  5. Turn on the Group the sorted records toggle.

💡Note

This feature is only supported when using Grid or List layout. The following field types are supported for grouping:

  • URL

  • Email

  • Single line, Multiple line, and Rich text fields

  • Single and Multiple select fields

  • Single and Multiple collaborators fields

  • Checkbox field

  • Rating field

  • Created by and Last modified by fields
