You can disable editing based on certain conditions so that users can access their records, but not be able to edit a record when it âexpiresâ for example. Or prevent portal users from editing the records that are âapprovedâ already. You'll need to go to:
Portal Tables
Select a table
Views section
Select the view containing records that should no longer be edited. If you don't have this view set up already, click Add in the Views section, then select the newly created view and, under Filter and Sort, select an Airtable view with the appropriate filters applied.
Under Expand Records, turn off the Allow users to expand records toggle. This will disable all editing in that view, including inline editing.
