Attachment fields will only contain direct links to the files. This is not a limitation in our product. That’s just the nature of the CSV file format being text-only. It’s not possible to store image files in them as it’s designed to store text data in a spreadsheet.

However, if you would like to download attachments in bulk, you can use one of our other Automations.
