Possible causes for connectivity issues:

  1. Regenerating your Airtable API key

  2. Employee no longer has access to the base

If the form (or other extensions) were initially set up with (what now is) an invalid API key, then you need to replace it here.

In some cases (if the forms were set up years ago), you would need to update their API key individually. You need to go to each form settings in the legacy dashboard and "select" the API key if it's unselected to reactivate it.

⚠️ All existing form links will stay the same.

💡Tip

Regenerating the API key wouldn't only affect miniExtensions, it will break the connection between your Airtable account and any other 3rd party app (e.g. Zapier). All integrations will stop working.
