How to change the language used in the form and portal

Some error messages cannot be customized so they are shown in English.

This option is available in the Language section of the Form, Portals and Shared View settings. Your users will see the extension text in the language selected.

There are 15 languages available at the moment: English, Spanish, French, Vietnamese, Dutch, German, Japanese, Korean, Portuguese, Czech, Hebrew (Left to Right only), Italian, Georgian, Chinese (Simplified) and Catalan.

Translations are generated by AI. Please use this feature at your own discretion. If you find any errors, please report them to us.

Limitations

  • Any information from Airtable (e.g. field names, select options and cell data) will not be translated. Only text generated by miniExtensions (e.g. button labels, error messages etc) are translated.

  • No matter which language you choose, text is presented from left to right.
