How to show all records from a table in the portal?

I want users to see records that are NOT linked to them.

Updated over a month ago

The portal is intended to show records connected to the user's table. But it is possible to show all records from a table, even those that are not linked to the logged-in user. To do this, you need to do the following:

  1. Go to Portal Tables

  2. Click on one of the tables

  3. Custom Views section

  4. Go to one of the Custom Views

  5. Set Choose Records to Display > Show all records.

This will show all records regardless if they are linked to someone else or no one at all.

💡Tip

If you're looking for a way to have an entire COMPANY log into the portal. For example, show the company owner ALL of the orders that are linked to ALL of the salespersons that are linked to that company, check out this article:
Can a portal depend on linked records that are 2 tables away instead of 1 table away?
