You may utilize the URL field to display attachments as links, rather than uploading them to Airtable. This approach can help you conserve storage space. To set this up, you need to:
Go to Form Field.
Make sure that there is a URL field in the list.
Click on a URL field.
Turn on Read only toggle
Go to Advanced section
Turn on Display this field as an attachment toggle.
