This is likely related to a cache issue. Mitigating these issues has been an on-going project for us. in the meantime, please try using another browser or private/incognito mode first.
Once that works, go ahead and clear your browser cache:
For Google Chrome: Click on the three dots on the top right corner -> More Tools -> Clear Browsing Data -> Time Range -> All Time -> Clear Data.
For Safari: Click on Safari on the top left corner -> Clear History -> All History -> Clear History.
Close and reopen your browser.
