We have received some reports where forcing base refresh does not work and gets an error. Here are a few things that might have caused the issue:
Deleting miniExtensions Dummy Table.
Once the dummy table is created, it should not be deleted to prevent further issues. There are instances when our extensions need a dummy table, which are the following:

There might be a problem in the integration so revoking and integrating it again might solve this issue.
