miniExtensions refreshes the Airtable base structure in the background, but opening a form or portal may still use cached information.
If recent changes to your fields, views or tables are missing, you can manually refresh the base structure by:
Clicking the Sync button (two arrows arranged in a circle) next to the "Refreshed: ..." text towards the top of the configuration page or in the admin bar.
Or, clicking the refresh button in the Airtable view, field, and table pickers. See example below:
