In this guide we will explain how to fix the "Some existing bases were not selected" error.
You have come across this issue because you have reconnected your Airtable integration with miniExtensions, but then haven't added all bases that previously had extensions associated with them.
You now have two options, which we will outline below:
How to add missing bases
The error message you're seeing should tell you exactly which bases are missing. To add those to miniExtensions, do the following:
Go to your Airtable base.
Click on your profile icon in the top right corner.
Go to Integrations:
Navigate to Third-party integrations and then select miniExtensions:
Scroll down until you see the list of bases connected to miniExtensions.
Click Add a base:
Now select a missing base and repeat until you have added all missing bases. You can also choose to add all current and future bases in either one workspace or in all current and future workspaces. This will allow you to always have access to all bases in miniExtensions.
Once you have added all missing bases, click Save changes.
Now go back to miniExtensions and reload the page to see the updated list of bases associated with your workspace. That's it! You have now successfully reconnected all missing bases!
If you're still seeing an error, have a close look at which bases are listed as still missing and start over from the top of this section to add those back in as well.
How to disconnect missing bases
Please be absolutely sure that this is what you want to do! Disconnecting the missing bases will break all extensions associated with those bases, which means that all forms, portals, embeds, public links etc will not work!
If you are sure you do not need any of the extensions associated with the missing bases, you can click disconnect bases and confirm afterwards. This will get rid of the error message and will leave you with only the bases that you do have linked to your miniExtensions workspace currently. All extensions in the disconnected bases will not work anymore!
