If you're seeing bases as 'disconnected' on your miniExtensions dashboard that means that you have reconnected your Airtable integration with miniExtensions, but then haven't added all bases that previously had extensions associated with them.
Reconnect your Airtable to miniExtensions as explained here to resolve this issue. If you no longer need the extensions in the disconnected bases you can safely ignore them on the dashboard.
