Prices for our plans are a flat fee. Only one miniExtensions subscription is needed per workspace, and it can be used by all your collaborators. The prices listed are not per Airtable user or end user.
Currently, only our Growth plan allows collaborators. Please refer to our pricing page for the most up-to-date information on what is included in each plan.
A miniExtensions account is only needed to build the extensions. Your end users who need to access your links (e.g. forms/portals) do not need to have a miniExtensions account.
Here's an overview of which account(s) are needed for different types of users:
