Extensions and automations display a usage counter on your dashboard. We display the number of records updated (or created) in the current calendar month for each of them. This gives you valuable insights into which of your extensions and automations are used the most.
Each record update done via inline editing on a portal or shared view counts as one update. For example: if your users first tick a checkbox and then change a single select field this would count as two updates.
This information is refreshed every 5 minutes, so please don't be alarmed if the form you just submitted for testing doesn't reflect in the counter right away!
