What are the plan limits?

We have a range of different plans for different types of users and use cases. We will outline the differences below. You can find out more about everything related to billing here.

Free Plan

  • 1 enabled Extension (Form, Portal, Shared View) or Automation

  • 2 Collaborators

  • For internal testing only, extensions cannot be shared publicly.

  • Daily total automation processing limit of 100 records

  • Automations only process one record at a time

Further Free Plan limitations

  • Form, Portal, and Shared View extensions cannot be shared with the public. The workspace owner and collaborators can use the extensions and automations to test them out internally, but they cannot be shared externally on the free plan.

  • The Bulk Download Attachments automation is limited to processing 10 records.

  • The Bulk Upload Attachments automation is limited to processing one record per run.

  • Some extensions are not supported on the free plan (e.g. CSV Exporter).

* The Core plan only supports the Lite Portal, which offers basic portal functionality.

Legacy Plans

Some of our legacy plans have various limits. Please check with our support team if you have questions about your legacy plan. There are no limits on the number of child forms in any of the paid plans.
