Additional advanced features can be unlocked by upgrading your plan to a higher tier. To see which plans support Advanced Portals, please refer to our pricing page or this article.
Note that you can still try out all features of the Advanced Portal while on the free plan! You'll simply select the Advanced Portal on the Create Extension page!
