To enable this feature, you need to go to the:

  1. Form Settings

  2. Engagement section

  3. Turn on Send an email of form submission to user toggle.

It is possible to define the email address, subject, and body of the email using an Airtable field. Additionally, the Email From field can be changed to set the name of the sender. If left blank, the default name of the sender will be miniExtensions.

The user will receive the email notification only upon submission of the form; presently, this functionality is not available when the record is edited.

Note

This feature is only available on certain plans. It is also limited to 1,000 emails per day per workspace.
