It’s not possible to resize image attachments in their original field. They would have to be resized in a new field. Then after that you can delete the original files, for example by using <a href="https://miniextensions.com/automatically-clear-values-in-airtable-view/" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">this automation</a>.

What can I do to remove the original images after resizing?
