You would need to follow these steps:

  1. Create a miniExtensions Form for updating records.

  2. Add prefill values to your form's URL (e.g. prefill_checkbox=checked)

  3. Convert those form URLs to QR codes.

  4. Turn ON the auto-submit feature for your form (after testing and making sure it's working correctly)

Now every time a QR code is scanned, it would update its corresponding record in Airtable.
