Transferring miniExtensions between accounts is generally not necessary, since extensions are linked to a miniExtensions workspace, instead of the accounts used to log in to our site. We have different options that allow you to achieve a change in ownership:
Transfer workspace ownership
If, for example, the employee that has set up miniExtensions is leaving your organization or transitioning to another role, then you can change ownership of your miniExtensions workspace. This will then give the new owner full control over the miniExtensions workspace.
Change the account's owner
If you simply need to change the ownership of the account used to log in to your site, you can just change the account's email address to something else and reset your password.
Bought a subscription for the wrong account
If you upgraded an account different than the one you intended, the solution is to buy another subscription using your other account (the one you plan to keep), then ask us to cancel and refund your first account.
