Deleting records is no longer supported using our extensions, as the potential for accidental deletions by users is simply too high. If not caught right away this can lead to data loss.
Instead, we recommend a different approach: Users can mark records as "archived" or similar using a checkbox, single select or any other field you see fit. You can then use that field to filter out archived records from all of your views. This way, the data remains in Airtable in case it needs to be restored in the future, yet it is still out of sight in your day-to-day work.
If you absolutely must delete records automatically, we do have an automation for that. Please use this with extreme care, as any misconfiguration can lead to serious data loss! We highly recommend testing this on a copy of your table first to ensure that filtering works as expected!
