To change the name or title of a field in a miniExtensions Form, take the following steps:
Go to your form's settings page
Select the field
"Standard Options"
Enter the value inside "Title (Optional)"
Note: The title of the field doesn't get changed inside Airtable. This feature just changes the title in the miniExtensions Form.
