The limit depends on the selected Export Mode:
Limited export with real-time data: Up to 2,000 records. Each visit to the URL fetches the latest matching Airtable data.
Scheduled, complete export: Includes the complete matching dataset. The URL serves a cached CSV that changes only when Generate Now is clicked under CSV URL.
Use filtering when you need to reduce the number of records included in a real-time or emailed export.
