The limit depends on the selected Export Mode:
Limited export with real-time data: Up to 2,000 records on paid plans, or 10 on the free plan. The URL generates CSV data from matching Airtable records; shared caches may serve a response for up to 60 seconds.
Scheduled, complete export: Includes the complete matching dataset on paid plans, or up to 10 records on the free plan. The URL serves the most recently generated CSV, refreshed when the automation runs on its schedule or when you click Generate Now under CSV URL.
Use filtering when you need to reduce the number of records included in a real-time or emailed export.
