If you need to identify which Airtable account is integrated with miniExtensions, you can find it in two places:
At the top of the main dashboard, underneath the workspace name:
In the Danger Zone at the bottom of the settings page:
Go to your settings page and select your workspace from the workspace settings section on the left.
Scroll down until you find the Danger Zone. The connected account will be listed underneath Disconnect Airtable account.
I only see a User ID (usr...) in this field. Which user does that belong to?
You might see a user ID (usr...) instead of an email address. Unfortunately, this is caused by an Airtable API limitation. We cannot detect the account automatically all the time.
To resolve this, add a "User" type field to one of your connected bases and the user email should show up.
Alternatively, there's a way to find out which account belongs to the user ID shown on your miniExtensions dashboard:
On Airtable, go to a base that you're currently using with miniExtensions
Click on Share
Click on Manage Access
Click on CSV in the top right. This will download a CSV file.
Open the CSV file (e.g. in a text editor). This will show you the user IDs for all collaborators with access to that base (under Collaborator ID). You should be able to find the account matching the user ID shown to you on miniExtensions.
