If you want to restrict your form or portal users from browsing existing records in a linked records field, you can use this feature. It allows you to narrow down the Record Finder search results to only show the exact linked record matching the search value. To set this up, you need to go to:
Form Fields
Click on a linked records field
Record Finder Options section
Turn on Only show records in finder if the search is exact match toggle.
