To fully personalize the form and the portal, you may opt to change the favicon. However, this feature is only available to a specific plan. To set this up, you need to go to:
Click on the name for the workspace
Select the Workspace settings
Admin section
Upload an image to the Custom Favicon

It only accepts an image with 16x16 px size.
