Aside from being able to identify the latest portal user who has updated a record, there's also a feature that enables the identification of the last login date in the portal.
To set this up, go to:
Users Table & Login
Select a date field for Last Login Date
If you can't select any field in your table, make sure to enable the Include Time option in the Airtable field settings:
💡 Tip: This feature is available only for plans that include access to the login tools, and it applies when login is enabled. Logging in doesn’t just mean manually entering credentials on the login page; it also includes cases where users bypass the login page because their details are auto-remembered (such as when accessing the portal link while already logged in).
