As an admin, there are different ways to access your portal as one of your users:
You can impersonate any user by accessing your portal using their login credentials. Go to the table configured as your Users Table in your Airtable account and use the value from the login fields.
If you have generated the Magic Link formula, you can open the link stored on a user's record to access the Portal as that user. Magic links identify the user by the Airtable record ID. You can also select Try it out in the Magic Link popup to open a generated public link for a sample user from your Users table.
You can change the login fields and use a field with a value you know.
💡 If your login has any form of verification in place, you can disable it briefly when logging in to their account and then enable it once again.
