You can use our Fill PDF Forms Online automation. Here's how:
Upload the PDF Template to the automation settings page. This template should have fillable fields in it.
Set the Output Attachment Field where the filled out PDF will be stored.
Under PDF Form URL, copy the formula and create a new formula field in Airtable with it. This will generate a unique link for each record to store the filled out PDF in.
If the PDF template contains the same fillable field name in more than one place, entering a value updates every matching field in the PDF. This is useful when the same name, date, or other value needs to appear on multiple pages.
