You can use our Import Comments from Field automation to automatically take a field's value and turn it into a new comment. The automation will also clear the source field after the comment has been created. Here's how:
Select the Source Field — This is where the values that you want to turn into comments are stored.
Optional: Enable the Error Message Field to log errors for records that encounter processing issues.
Under Processing Behavior, choose whether or not to send an email notification if a scheduled run fails.
