Freshness and limits depend on the Export Mode selected in the automation settings:
Limited export with real-time data: The download includes up to 2,000 records on paid plans or 10 records on the free plan. Recent Airtable changes can take up to one minute to appear when you open the export link.
Scheduled, complete export: The link downloads the latest CSV created by your schedule or Generate Now. Paid plans include all matching records; the free plan includes up to 10. After generating a new file, the link may still download the previous version for up to five minutes.
