The miniExtensions Free Plan

Updated this week

Our free plan gives you access to all of our fully-featured advanced extensions and automations in trial mode. This mode is meant for internal testing, to see if our products fit your use cases. Advanced extensions cannot be shared with end-users on the free plan.

Once you have confirmed that our products fit your use case you can upgrade to a suitable paid plan to deploy our advanced extensions to your users, or use our automations to their full potential.

Limitations

Advanced Extensions cannot be shared

Our Form, Portal, and Shared View extensions cannot be shared with the public on the free plan.

The workspace owner and collaborators can use the extensions, but they cannot be shared externally on the free plan. Advanced extensions will show a Trial label on the create page and your dashboard.

When viewing an advanced extension while you're logged in to your miniExtensions account, you will see a yellow notification in the admin toolbar at the top of the screen indicating that this extension cannot be shared with end-users.

Collaborator Limit

You are limited to 2 total collaborators for your workspace.

Automation processing Limits

🤖 Note: You can use a free account to test our ChatGPT automations. However, for certain automations, such as those using the DALL·E image generator, you may need an OpenAI account with available credits or access to a specific pricing tier.

Advanced extensions (i.e. Forms, Portals & Shared Views) on the Free plan are limited to internal testing to check if the extension will satisfy your requirements. Internal testing means you need to log into our website on your device to be able to preview the extensions. You don't need to have a paid plan if you're trying to test miniExtensions on mobile, you just need to be logged into your miniExtensions account on each device you want to preview your extension on. If you have multiple miniExtensions accounts, make sure you're logged in to the right account.

Once you find miniExtensions to be a good fit for your project, switch to a paid plan on your settings page or by using the upgrade button on your main dashboard. This will then allow you to share your extensions publicly.
