You can prevent duplicate field values so that your users will not be able to enter the same values again and ensure the uniqueness of the field values. To enable this feature in the form, go to the form and:
Open the field settings
Advanced section
Prevent Duplicates

Single Text Field
Email
URL
Number
Barcode
