The automation itself has no time zone. It is set based on the data in Airtable, which saves dates internally as UTC, even if another time zone is displayed to you.

To get around this you can create a new formula field to format the time zone. Follow this article on Airtable to see how.

Use the new field in the automation settings instead of your original date field. Both fields might look the same to you, but in reality, they're interpreted differently.

This workaround is needed in most use cases. Otherwise, the time will seem off.
