In each field in the Form Fields section, you can find the option named Show this field on the side of the previous field.

When Enable side-by-side on mobile toggle is turned off, this feature will not work when the screen width is less than 600px.

We suggest making the <a href="https://docs.miniextensions.com/en/articles/7045338">form wider</a> to accommodate more fields in one line. This is an example of how it looks in the form when this toggle is turned on.
