You can add a column to your form by showing any form field (except the first) next to the previous one. To set this up, go to:
Your form's settings
Fields section
Click on the field you want to show next to the previous one
Under Standard Options, set Row placement to Same row as previous
"Same row as previous" will now be shown in the fields list so you can easily identify which fields are showing side-by-side.
When Enable side-by-side on mobile is turned off, fields stack vertically below a viewport width of 640px.
💡Note
We suggest making the form wider to accommodate more fields in one line. This is an example of how it looks in the form when this toggle is turned on.
