What should I do if verification code does not reach user's email?

The verification code should be sent via email but the user does not receive anything in their email, even in the Spam folder.

This is commonly due to the complexity of the firewall of the email provider. In this case, we recommend setting a fallback option wherein the verification code can be sent to a phone number instead.
