Limitations and settings for the RSS feed from Airtable data automation

Updated over a month ago

To create an RSS feed using your Airtable data, you need to configure the following fields:

  • Filtering: To use a filtered view from your table for the RSS view, configure it in this field.

  • Feed Title: Type the title of your feed in this field.

  • Item Title Field: Set here the field containing the text that will be used as the title for each item.

  • Item Description Field: Set the field with the description for each item here.

  • Item URL Field (Optional): You can configure the field containing the URL for each item in the feed here. If you don't want to include the item URL, you can leave it empty.

  • Item Publish Date (Optional): Set here the field with the publish date for each item in the feed. This is also an optional field that can be left empty.

Formula fields are supported for the item title, description, and URL.

💡 Note: The feed is always up to date, and there is no limit on how many RSS feeds you can generate.
