You can use our Separate Airtable Attachment Field into multiple Fields automation to split up an existing attachment field into multiple fields. Each field will contain one of the attachments from the original field.
Here's how to set it up:
Create attachment fields to store the separated files in. You'll need as many target fields as the maximum number of attachments in the source field. E.g. if the maximum number of attachments in your source field is 5, you'll need to create 5 target fields.
Set the source Attachments Field.
Add the Separated Attachments Fields you created in step 1.
Adjust the processing behavior, if needed.
If you have selected less target fields than the number of attachments in any given record, only the first x attachments will be separated, with x being the number of target fields available.
