You can use our Generate vCards for Airtable Contacts automation for this. It will generate vCard files (.vcf) in the selected vCard Attachment Field based on the data in the selected fields for each record.
Supported fields:
Full Name Field: If no field is set here the automation will attempt to detect a field called FN in your table and pull information from that field.
Email Field: If no field is set here the automation will attempt to detect a field called EMAIL in your table and pull information from that field.
Phone Field: Phone number. If no field is set here the automation will attempt to detect a field called TEL in your table and pull information from that field.
Job Title Field: If no field is set here the automation will attempt to detect a field called TITLE in your table and pull information from that field.
Organization Field: Organization. If no field is set here the automation will attempt to detect a field called ORG in your table and pull information from that field.
Website Field: A link to their website. If no field is set here the automation will attempt to detect a field called URL in your table and pull information from that field.
Note Field: If no field is set here the automation will attempt to detect a field called NOTE in your table and pull information from that field.
